I did some research today while at the grocery store. In this particular store, there are 450 different flavors of cereal (trust me, I counted). And of those 450, 6 of those flavors (4 brands) are gluten-free. That’s roughly 0.01%. So much for everyone saying gluten-free is everywhere now.
I think it’s vital gluten-free be readily available for routine, easily consumable foods such as cereal.
