How a Dodge Commercial and Gluten-Free Surprisingly Relate

Ok, the reality is this Dodge Dart commercial from 2012 and a gluten-free bakery probably have absolutely nothing, at all, to do with each other. But I can’t help but think this commercial’s motto and Pushkin’s motto are surprisingly similar. Our goal has always been to change what it means to be gluten-free. Lets all admit it, living a gluten-free life isn’t the most fashionable, or for a lack of better words, ” cool.” But it’s not your fault customers. On the production side of gluten-free, it seems theres hardly been much innovation due to competition, but instead, a mere mentality from producers that their customers will eat anything, so theres no need to worry about taste. Hence the reason why gluten-free bread at grocery stores still exists…

While we very much are a traditional pastry bakery, we make a diligent effort to put ourselves in a constant state of creativity. When it comes down to it, flat out determination is what keeps us creative. People often accredit creative people to being simply born with creativity. Sure, they may naturally see things a little different, but I truly believe creative people are only creative because of their work ethic. We may be a “gluten-free” bakery, but we’re doing everything in our power to break free from the stereotypes of gluten-free bakeries and be the ones innovating and inspiring traditional bakeries. And I think this is what this car commercial is trying to do; break free from the stereotypes of compact, cheap cars.
